1. General Terms and Basis of Agreement

By using the betjii website, application, or any digital medium, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the entity operating betjii.

2. Account Registration and Personal Information

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

betjii currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Successful deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).
• This means withdrawals are possible only after betting 10 times the bonus amount.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is made from the account while wagering is in progress, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system, bonus hunting, or coordinated betting patterns are detected, betjii reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. betjii may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.

5.4 VIP Program

The betjii VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you advance to higher tiers. betjii may change VIP membership benefits at any time.

6. Betting Rules and Restrictions

Betting activities on the betjii platform are governed by the following rules. Each game category may have its own specific rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

• betjii reserves the right to reject any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets displayed or accepted incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed.

6.2 Match and Event Cancellations

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the betting rules. For abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events, betjii's decision is final.

6.3 Software Errors

betjii is not obligated to pay winnings obtained as a result of a software error, bug, or technical issue. In such cases, betjii will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

7. Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

betjii is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Using any automated bot, software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Coordinated betting through multiple accounts.
• Participating in coordinated activity with other users.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the entire balance may be forfeited. betjii may also notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

betjii may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, especially if these terms are violated.

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request via our 24/7 live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all available balances before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability
